Removal of Food and Equipment Disclaimer
By submitting this form, I am agreeing to remove all food, beverages, personal items, electronics, ski/wake gear, and valuables before service, transport, storage, and/or shrink-wrap. T&T Lakeshore Services is not responsible for missing/damaged personal property left in boats or on lifts/docks. If technicians must remove items to perform work, I authorize removal and understand additional labor/handling fees may apply.
Storage & Winterization Agreement
Authorization. I am the owner/authorized agent and authorize T&T Lakeshore Services (“T&T”) to perform the services I selected, including winterization, shrink-wrap, transport, storage, dock/lift work, and/or related services. Scheduling. Dates are estimated windows, not guaranteed appointment times. Weather, lake conditions, parts availability, and workload may affect timing. Access & Keys. I will provide accurate access instructions, start codes/keys, and any gate/lock combinations. If keys/codes are not provided, delays and additional “no-key/no-access” charges may apply. Fuel/Batteries. Customer is responsible for stabilizing fuel and maintaining adequate battery charge unless otherwise requested in writing. Batteries may be disconnected for storage. Personal Property. I will remove all personal items before service/storage. T&T is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left in/on the boat, trailer, dock, or lift. Shrink-wrap. Shrink-wrap is a temporary protective covering; ventilation is provided but moisture/odors/mildew are possible. Cutting/removal by anyone other than T&T may void any workmanship warranty. Spring removal/disposal is available if selected on this form. Storage Conditions. Storage may be indoor (cold) or outdoor per my selection and availability. Outdoor storage exposes equipment to normal environmental conditions (sun, wind, snow, ice). Customer is responsible for checking on stored property periodically. Transport & Launch. I authorize T&T to move, launch, and/or retrieve my boat/trailer as needed. T&T is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or failures that occur during normal handling. Customer is responsible for ensuring trailer roadworthiness (tires, bearings, lights, straps, winch, coupler). Mechanical Findings. Winterization may reveal pre-existing issues (overheating, leaks, weak batteries, fuel contamination, etc.). Additional repairs will be performed only with my approval (verbal/email/text acceptable). Payment. Payment for selected services is due per invoice terms (deposit or payment-in-full may be required prior to scheduling). Storage balances must be paid before spring release. Past-due balances may incur storage/administrative fees. Risk & Limitation of Liability. Except for T&T’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, I accept ordinary risks associated with marine service, transport, shrink-wrap, and storage. To the maximum extent allowed by law, T&T’s liability is limited to the lesser of (a) the cost to re-perform the service or (b) the amount I paid for that service. Abandoned Property/Lien. Unclaimed equipment with unpaid balances after written notice may be subject to storage charges and disposition per applicable law, including mechanic’s lien rights. Cancellation/Change. I will give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Fees may apply for late changes after materials are cut/allocated or crews are dispatched. Contact & Notices. I agree T&T may contact me at the phone/email I provide for scheduling, approvals, and billing. Acceptance.
